Corporate social responsibility

The charity auction of women clothing has become a deeply rooted tradition, which we are pleased to build on...

Profit should not be the only thing that concerns us

An overwhelming majority of us will reach a conclusion, that entrepreneurship is mainly about the money and profit. However, we, a socially responsible company, have also goals that exceed solely obeying our legal duties and generating profit. We always strive to create an added value by our actions.

We are involved in various philantropic activities, which correlate with the initiative from previous years. The founder of the company, Mrs Alexandra Lemerová has organised two charity auctions in which the clothes sold went on to provide help for children in the Orphanage of Charlotte Masaryk in Prague. The total sum overreached thousand euros each time. The money raised in the first charity auction was used to provide new furniture for the children. The second sum partially covered the expanses for children holidays in Tunisia. We would love to continue in our efforts to help the children in the Orphanage of Charlotte Masaryk - and not only them. We greatly appreciate their huge success in placing children into foster care. They believe it to be most important for the children to spend the least time in an orphanage and for their situation to be resolved as soon as possible. We share their belief. And as we look to the future, we would like to help more of the ones in need.

We would like to contribute more towards education development among orphans in general. Children with stable family background are more prone to achieve a higher degree of education. Every fourth person between 20-29 years of age has a university education, but when it come to orphans it is one in every 171 people. These numbers are a result of a research published by the organisation of Spolu Dětem o. p. s. We regards these stats as alarming. Education does not only provide a decent career standpoint but it also provides means to build one's character.
